Laundry to Bathroom Conversion

This residential renovation project in Coquitlam focused on transforming an existing laundry room into a fully functional bathroom to improve the layout and functionality of the home.

The existing upper level had three bedrooms and limited bathroom space. To better accommodate the main living area while the lower level was being converted into a separate rental suite, the unused laundry area was redesigned and converted into a new bathroom.

The former laundry room was transformed into a complete bathroom featuring a modern standing shower, toilet, and vanity. The existing door leading to the terrace was removed and replaced with a window to provide improved natural light and proper ventilation for the new bathroom space.

To meet the homeowner’s timeline and budget requirements, high-quality PVC wall panels were used instead of traditional tile finishes. This solution provided a clean, modern, and water-resistant finish while allowing for faster installation and cost efficiency.

Through smart space planning and efficient construction methods, we successfully converted an underutilized laundry area into a practical and modern bathroom that added functionality and value to the home.
