This downtown apartment was originally affected by water damage caused by a laundry leak, resulting in moisture damage to the flooring and most of the walls. The damaged drywall was removed and replaced up to two feet high, restoring the affected areas and preparing the space for a complete renovation.
As part of the transformation, we removed a closet located in front of the kitchen to improve natural light and create a more open layout. We also removed the existing sliding glass doors and windows between the living room and den, expanding the living space and creating a more modern, open-concept feel.
The project included new flooring throughout the apartment, full renovations of both bathrooms, removal of the popcorn ceiling in the living room, replacement of all interior and closet doors, and complete painting of walls, ceilings, and doors.
We transformed a water-damaged, outdated apartment into a modern and refreshed living space with improved functionality, style, and comfort.
