Townhouse Renovation

This 2,300+ sq. ft. three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in North Vancouver was fully transformed through a complete interior renovation completed in under three months. The project focused on creating a modern, functional, and cohesive living space with upgraded finishes, improved lighting, and enhanced everyday comfort.

The renovation included a complete upgrade of all bathrooms, featuring new vanities, toilets, faucets, modern finishes, and updated layouts. One of the bathrooms was redesigned by removing the existing bathtub and installing a contemporary walk-in shower. The powder room was upgraded with a smart bidet toilet featuring heated seat and advanced comfort functions, adding a modern touch to the home.

The entire flooring system was replaced to create a consistent and modern look throughout the townhouse. Existing hardwood areas with movement issues, carpeted spaces, tile sections, and stair finishes were removed and replaced with new durable flooring, creating a seamless flow across all levels.

The kitchen was completely redesigned and upgraded, replacing the existing range and microwave hood configuration with a modern gas cooktop, dedicated hood system, built-in oven and microwave, along with additional custom cabinetry to improve functionality and create a cleaner contemporary design.

Additional upgrades included full interior painting, installation of new pot lights throughout the home to improve brightness and ambiance, replacement of all closet doors, and a complete fireplace redesign to create a modern focal point for the living space.
