Luxury Condo Renovation

This 1,500+ sq. ft. three-bedroom, two-bathroom downtown Vancouver apartment was transformed through a complete luxury renovation, creating a modern, elegant, and highly functional living space.

The renovation included new flooring throughout, complete painting, closet upgrades, and full redesigns of both bathrooms. In the master bathroom, the existing bathtub was removed and replaced with a new bathtub, while the vanity was relocated and redesigned on the opposite wall to create a more open and spacious layout. In the second bathroom, the bathtub was removed and replaced with a modern walk-in shower with a custom shower base. Both bathrooms were finished with light bookmatched stone walls, enhancing the sense of space and creating a luxurious spa-inspired atmosphere.

To improve lighting without lowering the existing concrete ceilings, custom perimeter LED lighting was installed using recessed U-channel profiles throughout the living areas and bedrooms. This solution provided balanced overhead lighting while maintaining the original ceiling height.

The hallway connecting the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms was redesigned by removing the existing laundry, storage, and closet doors to create a more open layout. Custom bronze mirrored sliding doors and bronze mirror wall panels were added to visually expand the space and provide a modern luxury feel. The bedroom closets were also upgraded with custom bronze glass doors to complement the overall design.
