Lay large-format porcelain tile flooring and wall tiles

Replace the old bathtub with a freestanding soaking tub

Add a walk-in shower with rain showerhead and body sprays

Install new energy-efficient lighting and heated towel racks

Incorporate smart home features like voice-controlled lighting

Timeline: The project took 6 weeks to complete, with the family living in a hotel for the first 4 weeks while the major demolition and construction was underway. HaminHomes worked closely with the Smiths to ensure the final design and finishes met their vision.
