Apartment Restoration

Project Overview:

This project involves the complete renovation and restoration of a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment unit located in a historic building in downtown Boston. The existing apartment is in poor condition with outdated fixtures, finishes, and systems that need to be modernized.

Scope of Work:

1. Demolition and removal of old kitchen, bathroom, flooring, drywall, etc.
2. Installation of new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
3. Reconfiguration of kitchen layout for improved functionality
4. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, and fixtures
5. Renovation of bathroom with new tub/shower, vanity, toilet, tile floors/surrounds
6. Refinish hardwood floors in living/bedrooms or install new flooring
7. Apply fresh paint throughout and install new light fixtures
8. Restore any original architectural details like mantles, trim, etc.
